By using Slimer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Slimer is a macOS application that captures screenshots and analyzes them using Google Gemini AI. The app offers a free tier (10 requests per day) and a paid Pro subscription (unlimited requests).

3. Requirements

• macOS 14.0 or later
• Your own Google Gemini API key (for free tier)
• Screen recording permission in macOS

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Slimer to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Capture confidential information without permission
• Circumvent limits or abuse the service
• Reverse engineer the app (except as permitted by open source license)

5. Pro Subscription

• Price: 1500 ₽ per month
• Payment via YooKassa
• Subscription renews automatically
• Cancel anytime
• Refunds available within 14 days of payment

6. Intellectual Property

Slimer is distributed under an open source license. You may use, modify, and distribute the code according to the license terms. The Slimer logo and brand are protected.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Slimer is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee AI analysis accuracy. You use the app at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Slimer, including data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. By continuing to use the app after changes, you agree to the new terms.
